I read the reviews and thought I’d give them a try.. but when I walked in and sat down it was they were friendly at first but they let two people go ahead of me because they were regulars, I didn’t say anything. Then I ask for a skin fade which he couldn’t do properly. Then I asked him to make it even and line it my forehead hair up and make it tidy.. he just asked me to leave. I asked him for an explanation but refused to give me one. Then I asked him politely several times to finish off my hair cut and he got angry. I felt really embarrassed because there were other customers there. I gave him £15 pound but as i was leaving he was very arrogant and chucked it on the floor.. I told him he needs to grow up and act mature, then I picked up a tenner from the floor and left the fiver for him to pick up and then I left. I’m still confused about what really happened. I didn’t deserve to be treated in that manner especially when I was still being very polite with them.
Told to cut off about 1 cm of hair and do a undercut grade on my sons perm.
Ignored it graded his hair then cut about 4 cm of hair of the back of his head. Perm gone and totally ruined his hair. Dont use them we told him to stop cutting his hair then he went to cut even more off. So upset and £40 wasted on a perm.
